Forests RomaniaIn Romania, about 100 kilometres north-west of Bucharest in Dambovita and Arges counties, Ingleby owns 6,000 hectares of forests. Romania is the first country where Ingleby has invested in sustainable, natural regenerating forests combining both environmental and economic goals. The forests have 50-80 year old beeches and oaks in a 100% natural harvesting programme which is truly sustainable. Romanian forests are excellent and they will benefit hugely from being better managed.
